Working one-on-one with a Small WONDERS coach, you'll learn to understand the relationship between food and lifestyle habits and your ability to cultivate optimal spiritual, mental, emotional and physical vitality.

 

The 6 foundation principals

Nutrition - Eat right for your body, with foods that give you sustainable energy and improved vitality.

Hydration - Drink a minimum of 2-litres mineral or filtered water daily.

Breathing - Breathing helps control mood, posture, energy and stress. Practise breathing exercises daily.

Sleep - Aim for 7-9 hours solid sleep regularly.

Exercise - Create movement that you love and do it regularly.

Thoughts - Observe your 70,000 thoughts for a day. Your thoughts create your life.


The process
Step 1: Free consultation
It all starts with a 30-minute one-on-one consultation with a Small WONDERS coach. This is your opportunity to visit our studio, explain your needs, ask lots of questions and get a feel for the services we provide.

Step 2: Nutrition & lifestyle Assessment (minimum 2-hours)
You will complete a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle assessment. This allows us to get a complete picture of your health and well-being, so that we can develop a programme that will meet your unique needs and help you achieve vitality.

The assessment includes extensive tests and questionnaires specific to the needs identified in your initial consultation. Assessments may include:

  • Analysis of food diaries and medical history to identify your individual metabolic type and determine what your customised food plan will include.
  • Investigating your sleep patterns, energy levels, pain, breathing issues - addressing the new paradigm of holistic health.
  • Discussing any areas of stress in your lifestyle, manifesting as physical, mental, nutritional and spiritual. This allows us to put in place action steps towards managing your stress.

Your assessment is designed to bring awareness to your body's signals and guide you towards relief from any dis-ease.

Step 3: Your customised nutrition & lifestyle programme
After your assessment, your trainer will put together your customised programme and provide you with a comprehensive information pack that will include:

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidelines
  • Healthy for life summaries
  • Food fine-tuning sheet
  • A supplementation plan according to your specific needs and goals
  • Mind maps
  • Metabolic typing guidelines specific to you
  • A meal plan to nourish your body with the right whole foods for your metabolic type
  • Simple action steps to get you started

We recommend regular follow-up consultations to review action steps, discuss any challenges and fine-tune your programme.
