Next, you will complete a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle assessment. This allows us to get a complete picture of your health and well-being, so that we can develop a programme that will meet your unique needs and help you achieve vitality.
The assessment includes extensive tests and questionnaires specific to the needs identified in your initial consultation. Assessments may include:

Your Small WONDERS personal trainer will then design your customised exercise programme, based on all the information collected from your assessment. Your programme will fit your schedule - it can cater for home workouts and stretching routines, gym programmes and a plan for continual coaching with Small WONDERS.
Personal trainers demonstrate all exercises and help you understand why each warm-up, stretch, mobilisation and exercise has been given to meet your unique needs. The key to this first session is developing body awareness and getting to know where to feel each movement.
