Are your Channels tuned in?
How many times in the past have you have been flicking channels on the television and you came across poor reception. How is it that one channel is perfect and others can be fuzzy?
Maybe your aerial is misplaced, and you aren’t able to take in the necessary information to produce a clear picture. I want to use this analogy to describe the 6 channels in the human body. Each channel has its own nerve plexus, gland, associated joints, muscles and organs, purpose and function. The human body has a perfectly mapped out system for the purpose of self healing. Once we learn to read, pay attention to and nurture, our bodies can be a fantastic, fun and pain free tool. We have our own built in satellite dishes to sense all the information needed to live a body balanced life. Please relate to the diagram attachment below (scan0002) with the 6 zones relating to each one of the 6 channels. I will list each channel and tune you into the language of your body. Channel 1: Pelvis, legs, feet, bowels. Related problems: Adrenal fatigue, back pain. Solutions to balancing: Yoga, Tai Chi, Massage, Healthy protein foods. Channel 2: Lower abdominals, lower back, sex organs: Related problems: distended gut, weak lower abdominals.
