Strong & Stable (Monday 5:30-6:15pm)
A class teaching fundamental movement patterns.
Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Bend, Twist
A circuit set up with enough time at each station to master each movement.
It will include
Strength apparatus - Barbells, Dumbbells, Cables, Clubbells, Kettlebells
Stability devices -Swiss balls, Gymnastic rings, Balance boards.
Gain functional strength with real-life carry over skills.
Posture Health (Tuesday 5:30pm–6:15pm) FREE for all SmallWONDERS Members
Good posture allows your muscles and skeleton to function most efficiently.
Better postural strength equals less pain and degeneration, plus a life of more fun!
Posture encompasses body awareness both statically and dynamically.
This class focuses on lower intensity movements aimed at all skill levels. Beginners and above.
Teaching the basics of breathing, balance, body position, body flow, stabilisation and intention.
Includes forms of Tai Chi, Yoga and spinal decompressions.
Glutes & Ab's (Wednesday 6:30am-7:15am AND Friday 5:30pm-6:15pm) NOTE: Fridays class is FREE to all SmallWONDERS members
This class will take you to a whole new level of hip and core conditioning. A class that combines scientific theories with super creative exercise design.
The Glutes are King, and the Abs are Queen. Two big players in real functional strength, plus a great looking physique.
You will develop strong, functional and coordinated glutes and abs that will help your body look and feel bulletproof for life!
Class includes bodyweight, bands, kettlebells, swiss balls
Breathing Class (Thursday 5:30pm-6:15pm) - NOTE: This class is not on the week of the monthly Nutrition 101
Learn and practice the fundamentals of breathe work.
Learn Diaphragmatic control, Natural energy production, Stress management, Sound therapy, Qi Gong, and daily habit system.
Nutrition 101 (Thursday 5:30pm-6:15pm) MONTHLY

Mobility Class (Friday 6:30am-7:15am)
This class has been specifically designed to improve the way you move and feel in your body. It will give you the tools to live a more “Mobile” life, so that you can move efficiently and with less pain. If you’re an athlete, athletic or you’re suffering from pains and restrictions/imbalances, this class will help you up your joint integrity and increase the range of motion of your joints, muscles, and fascia. The strength components focus on making you strong and stable.

Learn from the experts - join us for our informative 45 minute seminar/workshops. Running on a regular basis, all topics are advertised on Facebook and cover an extensive range of disciplines within exercise, nutrition and lifestyle management.
