Working one-on-one with a SmallWonders coach, we can help you identify the food and lifestyle habits that are the best fuel for your life.

How It Works:

Step 1: Free Initial Consultation
You’ll start with a free 30-minute consultation with one of our nutrition coaches. This is your opportunity to talk your needs, ask questions and get a feel for the services we provide.


Step 2: Nutrition & Lifestyle Assessment (minimum two hours)
This allows us to get a complete picture of your health and wellbeing, so that we can develop a programme that will meet your unique needs.

The assessment includes tests and questionnaires based on the issues you brought up in our first meeting. This may include:
  • Analysis of food diaries and your medical history, to identify your individual metabolic type and what your customised food plan should include
  • Investigating your sleep patterns, energy levels, pain, breathing issues
  • Discussing any areas of stress that may be impacting your life - this way we can help you plan steps to manage these issues

Step 3: Your Customised Nutrition & Lifestyle Programme
After your assessment, your trainer will put together a customised programme for you. This will include:
  • Metabolic typing guidelines specific to you
  • A meal plan to nourish your body with the right whole foods for your metabolic type
  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidelines
  • A take home folder of support information and references
  • Simple action steps to get you started
